Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy your designs?

Thanks for asking! As I work on making my website more e-commerce friendly Hinkson Cox/Aleatha Cox designs can be bought in various product forms on Spoonflower, Zazzle and Redbubble.

Spoonflower = fabrics, wallpaper, home decor (kitchen, bedroom, living room).

Zazzle = a plethora (yes, I just wanted to use that word!) of products, majority of which are customizable. Think notebooks, tote bags, t-shirts, mugs, aprons, labels, greeting cards and more.

Redbubble = sort of like Zazzle, but with no customization available. There are stickers, t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, cellphone cases and shower curtains.

How can I use your designs - Hinkson Cox - Spoonflower?

For the DIY individual you can use Spoonflower fabrics to make your own clothes, tote bags, pillows, quilts. Their fabrics come in different textures too.

Spoonflower also has ready-made items if you want to skip the DIY path. Pillow covers (with or without an insert), duvet covers, curtains, kitchen linens, sheet sets and throw blankets.

You can also buy wallpaper. There are some really unique designs on their website, not just my own. Mine range from simple geometric designs, floral bursts, to a little otherworldly, and cool.

With any major project I do recommend buying a sample first. Colours may differ from monitors to real life, unfortunately. For example, some types of yellow may appear more green on fabric in person than what you see on your screen. Some darker colours may work differently on different fabric textures.

How can I use your designs - Aleatha Cox - Zazzle?

Zazzle is a pretty cool marketplace with a lot of choices.

The really cool thing about Zazzle is that you can customize many items. Not every aspect of the product are customizable, but areas like the background colour of a notebook are, for example. You can also change the text displayed. Think greeting cards, and mugs, and tote bags.

I am designing a lot of products that encourage self-awareness and mental health awareness, and reminders for people of how wonderful they can be.

How can I use your designs - Hinkson Cox - Redbubble?

Redbubble is a more direct marketplace. What you see in my store is what works best for each design. There’s some cool stuff with a nice mix of styles. Please, have a look.

Is there a way to get items custom-made?

For now, the closest to custom-made items I have are only available through my Zazzle store or through Spoonflower if you buy fabric. However, if you have ideas or suggestions, please contact me.
